Waiver of Cooling off Period
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, under international Consumer Contract Regulations, Digital Downloads are not classified as goods or services and are given their own unique category and because our online products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.
As such, when purchasing a digital or downloadable product from our website, you expressly agree to waive the seven (7) to fourteen (14) day cooling off period, whichever applies to the Consumer Protection Act in your territory, before being permitted to download purchased content.
If for any reason such cooling off period may apply, you accept that any digital content will not be accessible, or downloadable by you, until such cooling off period has expired.
All of our digital products are released by internet download and considered non-tangible irrevocable goods.
Official customer support for these goods are only available when downloaded from any of the approved vendors and marketplaces that are listed below;
After your purchase has been processed via secure online payment gateway, your order will be sent a confirmation email and download link.
This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.
Users are permitted a reasonable number of downloads, however download abuse is not permitted and we reserve the right to terminate any User’s access to their downloads when abuse is detected.
Returning digital products
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products as a rule and unless otherwise stated in the terms of purchase for any particular product or service, all fees payable and due are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
All sales are final where a product is digital content which is immediately made available, by downloading or otherwise acquiring the product, you consent to immediate performance of this agreement and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal from this agreement once the download or applicable transmission of the digital content has begun.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character or nature of the products we supply.
Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund for the following reasons:
1.) Specific terms stated on a specific digital product
Some digital products may explicitly state a full or partial refund is based on a satisfaction guarantee.
For certain downloadable products, we may offer a money back or satisfaction guarantee that expires after a specified timeframe.
The terms of the guarantee will be specified on the product sales page and in the email confirmation you receive, or at a specified URL, after your purchase has been completed.
2.) Faulty Downloads
If your digital download is faulty or unfit for the use intended, please notify us and we will endeavor to rectify and replace the faulty product as quickly as possible.
3.) Non-delivery of the Product
Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded.
4.) Download and Unzipping Issues
It may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product or its unzipping. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted within 7 days. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason;
5.) Major Defects
Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. You should contact us for such issues. We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 5 business days.
If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 5 business days from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements.
OR, at customer’s choice, replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered; Please be advised that temporary access to your webhost/server can be requested by our technicians in order to identify and fix the possible issues with our products.
Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide access to your server will result in your inability to qualify for a refund.
“Major – Any condition found adversely affecting the product’s marketability and sale-ability or adversely affecting its required form, fit or function and which is likely to result in the end user returning it to the source from which is was purchased for replacement or refund."
“Critical – Any condition found which poses the possibility of causing injury or harm to, or otherwise endangering the life or safety of, the end user of the product or others in the immediate vicinity of its use."
6.) Product Not-As-Described
Such issues should be reported within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc.) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the sales page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs (including web host) and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
Any refund requests made after you have purchased and downloaded our products, where no guarantee has been offered, are handled on a case by case basis and are approved or declined, within reason, at our sole discretion.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase within the guarantee period, you can submit a refund request to our support team via the ‘Contact Us’ page and we’ll review your request and process your refund as soon as possible, provided your request is within the terms of the guarantee offered.
Please allow up to 10-15 business days for refunds to automatically be processed.
There are no refunds issued for physical products.

We understand things happen and schedules change rapidly.
Participants in our one-to-one coaching sessions who cancel out at anytime before the 48 hours ahead of the scheduled session date can expect to receive a full refund of the total session price.

We value your time and we would appreciate you valuing ours, especially because we have many patrons who wish to book sessions sooner than their scheduled date.
If you need to cancel your one-to-one session within the 48 hour period ahead of the scheduled time you will forfeit your one-to-one coaching session opportunity and we will not be able to offer a refund.
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy as needed for extenuating circumstances.
No-show calls in which the client does not respond to our attempts to make contact via phone, Zoom or email will be considered as “completed calls” and will not be refunded or compensated for in any way by Diversity One Group LLC.
You need to show up for your calls or give fair notice so we can reschedule in a way that suits you.
Private coaching packages exceeding one (1) session in duration, can be cancelled at any time, provided no less than seven (5) business days notice before the next scheduled session date
Cancellations made less than seven (5) business days before your next coaching session is due, will be effective from the following session (i.e. after the next session date scheduled).
A refund amount will be determined on a pro-rate basis (I.e. months paid for, but not used), less any discounts applied to your advance payment and 5% will be deducted as an administrative fee.
We do not offer refunds for coaching sessions already provided under any circumstances.
Written notice is given to Diversity One Group LLC. is required to cancel before your next Coaching fee is due. Cancellation requests can be sent via our ‘Contact Us’ page.)
Diversity One Group LLC. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any scheduled training/class or replace personnel due to low enrollment or circumstances beyond our control. If a class is rescheduled or canceled, participants will be given notice by Diversity One Group LLC. at least three (3) business days before the start of class. Students may then enroll in the
next available offering of the course or choose another course.
We’re here to support your busy, productive life, so we have made it easy for you to reschedule your sessions at any time, as long as it’s before the 48 hours ahead of the scheduled date.
Our coaches are in high demand, so we do our best to respect their time, as well as yours. That means that a request to reschedule a session within 48 hours will be considered the same as a cancellation of your purchase within 48 hours of a scheduled session (see above)
When purchasing a membership or subscription service, you are authorizing Diversity One Group LLC. to charge your approved credit card each month for the fee agreed to, over the term of your membership or subscription or until your membership or subscription expires or is cancelled.
Credit card holder's account is automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction date on each corresponding month or on final date of month if no corresponding date. (For Example: January 31 subscription renews on February 28).
Discounts, rebates or other special offers only valid for initial term; subscriptions renew at the then-current full subscription rate.
Diversity One Group LLC. may terminate the subscription and these terms if it is unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.
Right of access granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees.
Details of how you can manage your recurring payment options in your user account will be sent to you via email when you first purchase the service.
The only valid method for canceling your Plan is via the cancellation link provided on your user "dashboard" page, accessible after logging in to our website.
Requests to cancel by e-mail or phone are not considered, and do not accomplish cancellation.
Once you cancel your membership subscription, you will not lose access immediately.
All Memberships are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid Membership period. Upon receipt of Member’s cancelation, the Membership will expire on the date prior to the next monthly payment due date.
This means your membership will continue through the end of your current charge cycle. (For example: If your credit card is charged on the 10th of the month and you cancel on April 25th, you will not lose access until the May 10th.)
Monthly Subscription fees are non-refundable; except that you may cancel renewed subscription by contacting Diversity One Group LLC. within two (2) calendar days after renewal date to receive a full refund of the new subscription fees.
For an annual prepaid Membership, a refund will be issued which will be calculated as follows:
The total fee that the Member would have paid for the expired term of the Agreement will be calculated using the standard charge for a monthly Membership. That total will be subtracted from the amount paid by the Member. The balance will be the amount of the refund.
- We do not issue refunds for digital services once the order is confirmed and the project was moved into the planning phase. A refund is not possible for work already completed.
- No partial reimbursements for projects in the middle of the way through their milestone phases.
- All digital service packages are non-refundable. However, the client may cancel such services with a notice written within 30 days after purchase.
- Hourly and customer support contracts are to be paid separately in advance. None of them qualifies for refunds. Unused time in your hourly or support contract may be used for credit towards other upcoming work. One support ticket if not specified otherwise equals with one hour of work. Our default rate if not specified otherwise is set at $150/hr. All prices are in USD or $BTC.
- No refunds are offered on deposits or payments for abandoned or dormant projects. The cut-off time for abandoned or dormant projects is after 30 days of purchase.
- A client will pay Diversity One Group LLC. a cancellation fee of 20% of the remaining balance if any portion of the project scope is canceled by the client before completion.
Member and/or Purchaser shall also be solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all applicable taxes (withholding tax, sales tax, services tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), etc.) or duties imposed by any government entity or collecting agency except those taxes based on Diversity One Group LLC.’s net income.
In the event Member and/or Purchaser fails to satisfy its tax and/or duty obligations herein, Member and/or Purchaser shall reimburse Diversity One Group LLC. upon demand for any taxes and/or duties paid on behalf of Member and/or Purchaser and shall defend, indemnify and hold Diversity One Group LLC. harmless against any claim and/or liability (including penalties) resulting from Member’s and/or Purchaser’s failure to pay such taxes and/or duties.
Our 100% refund can be claimed only once per lifetime per customer. If you obtain a refund and sign up for additional services, the additional services are not subject to a refund.
Because sales are limited, refunds are not permitted on any Lifetime Deal offers.

- Diversity One Group LLC. tracks the following: every kind of web traffic, downloads of products, logins to access services and membership areas, message deliverability (email communications – date, time and number of message openings/reads). We employ various ways for tracking purposes and can provide detailed information on such activities for instances such as chargeback disputes.
